Insurance

We are contracted with Delta Dental Premier but we are also able to bill any PPO insurance plan. We can file the claims on your behalf, saving you the time and hassle. We can also give you an estimate of your out-of-pocket and what we estimate your insurance plan to pay. Please note that we do not guarantee insurance reimbursement outcomes. While we make every effort to maximize your reimbursement, you are responsible for all fees in their entirety. We do offer financing options for your portion. You can find out more about those options under the financing tab.

Insurance FAQ

Q: What is the difference between HMO and PPO? A: PPO: The insurance company provides the member with a list of participating dentists to choose from. BUT with a PPO plan, you can also go to the dentist of your choice. If you go to a dentist of your choice that is not listed, the dentist will bill the insurance for you but the fees might not match the fee schedule of your insurance. We can always send a pre-authorization to get a better idea of what your insurance will cover. Annual maximums generally range from $1,000 to $2,000. HMO: The insurance company will usually assign you to a dentist. Occasionally they will give you a list of dentists that you are allowed to go to. With this plan you can NOT go to a dentist of your choice.

Q: What will my out-of-pocket cost be? A: Unfortunately there is no guarantee to know exactly what your insurance plan will pay. The best way to get the most accurate estimate is to send a pre-authorization. It usually takes two to three weeks to receive that back from insurance.

Q: What is a pre-authorization? A: A pre-authorization is a list of the proposed treatment that is sent to your insurance company. The insurance company will go over the list of procedures and send back an estimate of what they will cover on each procedure.

Q: Why does my insurance not cover a certain procedure? A: Insurance companies have a list of procedures that have been agreed upon between the insurance company and the employer or yourself. We have no control over what procedures your insurance will and will not cover. Payment Methods – Wells Fargo Health Advantage, Check, or Cash Accepted
